New shelters Fortecia 4.0 and 6.0
Hobbit House expands its line of above-ground reinforced-concrete "Fortecia" shelters with two models — Fortecia 4.0 and Fortecia 6.0. Fortecia 4.0 — modular shelter
Fortecia 4.0 is a modular reinforced-concrete shelter of the Fortecia line with an internal width of 4 metres. The next step after Fortecia 3.5 — we increased usable space where it matters most: inside. More room for people. More people kept safe. The structure is made of modules and has two entrances/exits, each protected by two 90-degree turns.

Fortecia 6.0 — modular shelter
Fortecia 6.0 is a modular reinforced-concrete shelter of the Fortecia line with an internal width of 6 metres. We created a structure of this volume with a specific goal: to fit inside what an ordinary shelter cannot. A protected production line. A warehouse. A command post. A vehicle repair workshop. A full work shift of an enterprise during an air-raid alert. The structure is made of modules and has two entrances/exits, each protected by two 90-degree turns.

Advantages of the Fortecia line
"Fortecia" is the most innovative above-ground modular civil-protection shelter in Ukraine. Behind these words are not laboratory tests but real protection from enemy strikes in Kherson, Mykolaiv, Kupiansk and Vovchansk, after which the people inside the shelters stayed alive. The structures comply with DSTU 9329:2025 and DBN V.2.2-5:2023.
The standard requires withstanding a blast wave with an overpressure of 100 kPa. We built a fivefold safety margin: thanks to engineering solutions, the Fortecia-type shelter withstands impacts of 300 and even 500 kPa. This is not a number for the sake of a number — it is the difference between "it stood" and "it did not" in the event of a nearby strike.
